Charity has a background of finance and technical administration from a number of company's including The Faulu Micro-Finance Bank and Nyange Integrated Accountancy Consultants. 
Her skills include a broadband scope of organisational interface in East Africa resolving administrative problems by analyzing information and communicating. Charity focuses on maintaining a good rapport with customers, suppliers and employees by arranging continued contacts, researching and developing new services and methods.
Charity is also the SEPAR International Community Foundation liaison in Africa.
