Site Administrator position available in Central Hereford.


SEPAR International is seeking a Site Administrator. To be based at our impending HQ in central Hereford.


This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, typically 08:30-16:30 though flexibility can be offered in return for reliable continuity. The initial contract is for 1 year however we are an expanding company and would hope to provide permanent employment thereafter. Occasional work outside of hours will be required, this will be returned in lieu.

This position functions as part of a team with a sense of ownership and dedication.


Discretion, attention to detail and good communication & record keeping are a must.

The ideal candidate will be responsive, focused, able to multitask to a high standard and have competent IT skills.


Roles include but are not limited to:

Day to day co-ordination of the site admin.


Taking meeting minutes.


Liaising with external contractors, providing required information and necessary arrangements.


Arranging and co-ordination of client and site meetings.


Working closely with the project management and sharing some of the responsibilities of the site managers admin tasks.


Maintaining a constant presence on site throughout the build programme to ensure continuity.


Maintaining the site progress list. Updating daily, progressing items and hastening to conclude outstanding tasks.


Setup site admin office with electronic and hard copy archive systems.


Manage site diary and avoid conflicting meetings.


Ensure continuous good working links between SEPAR & Project Manager, ensuring lines of communication are maintained.


Desirable to have previous experience with trades and external industry engagement.
