New position available at our Hereford HQ

SEPAR International is seeking an HR Administrator. To be based at our HQ in central Hereford.

This is a part time position, 15-18 hours per week, timings to be determined. Hours around school times could be arranged. Very occasional work outside of these hours will be required however this will be returned in lieu.

This position functions as part of a team with a sense of ownership and dedication. Discretion, attention to detail and good communication & record keeping are a must.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Roles include but are not limited to:

HR admin, learning and development and assist with recruitment.

Maintain & improve HR systems & documents according to employment law, current regulation & best practice. Training courses will be provided where necessary.

Assist with the induction process.

Be involved in regular staff reviews to identify individual strengths and development & training needs, ensuring employee training requirements are well managed and monitored.

Be aware of the diversity, equality, and inclusion values and practices within the company.

Keep records of staff illness, back to work interviews, highlighting patterns, self certification forms & requesting doctors notes.

Respond in a timely fashion to individual employee issues & queries ensuring an ‘open door’ policy is encouraged.

Assist with the offboarding process to ensure everyone is consistently treated fairly.
