New HR Administrator role in Central Hereford

SEPAR International is seeking an HR Administrator. To be based at our HQ in Central Hereford. This job cannot be done remotely therefore daily travel to and from central Hereford (HR4) is mandatory.
The position is 32-40 hours per week. There is a preference for 4-5 days per week 9-5pm however during school hours could be considered for the right candidate.
This position functions as part of a team with a sense of ownership and dedication. Discretion, analytical skills, attention to detail and good record keeping are a must.
Experience in HR is desirable, specifically compliance/policy however this is not mandatory as training will be provided where necessary. The ideal candidate will be responsive & focused, able to multitask to a high standard and have competent IT skills.
Roles include but are not limited to:
Assist HR departmental areas, including HR admin, researching, policy, compliance.
Maintain & improve HR systems & documents according to employment law, current regulation & best practice.
Be aware of the diversity, equality, and inclusion values and practices within the company.
Keep records of employee illness & absence, back to work interviews, highlighting patterns, self certification forms & requesting appointment notes.
The pro rata salary is £26,500-£28,000 depending on experience.
