46,088 of 46,229 Presidential Forms 34A representing 99.69% reported, according to IEBC as at 06:43am local time.
Presiding officer at Old Kibera polling station stream 8 loses Forms 34A leading to the ballots being recounted. Reports say the IEBC officials resorted to opening the ballot boxes and counting the papers in the presence of party agents.
The National Police Service urges Kenyans to go back to work and engage in productive activities in building the nation as vote tallying continues.

*Kisumu County*
Gang attacks: Police are in pursuit of a gang reported to have been involved in attacking locals who did not vote in the just completed voting exercise. The suspects are said to be boda boda riders in Kisumu's Kondele area who stopped random passersby and demanded evidence of voting from them.
*Uasin Gishu County*
In Hilloti area of Timboroa several houses were set on fire last night by unknown people forcing residents to evacuate and take cover in nearby maize fields. Rift regional command centre were notified, and security personnel were dispatched to the area.
*Mombasa County*
Gang attacks: A group of rowdy youth armed with machetes and other crude weapons were today morning spotted along Nyerere Avenue, Biashara bank, Dedan Kimathi Street and Maboxini area terrorising innocent civilians. Area currently calm police deployed to patrol the area.
*Nairobi County*
Area still calm little human and vehicle traffic along the roads especially within the CBD, nothing unusual reported.
