Jo joined the family firm in 2016 as director and leads the senior management team ensuring that targets and objectives are met. Jo leads the female only training team including self defence, safety and security.

Originally from an event management background Jo also heads up the company's charity 'The Separ International Community Foundation' which aims to provide training, items such as clothing, shoes, good and essential supplies to those in need.  We feel it is our corporate responsibilty to give back to the communities in which we work and have current projects in Afghanistan, Kenya and the UK.

Jo enjoys spending time with her family, walking, cycling and keeping fit and active in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside
