Irmantas Kuzma

As our logistic operations manager Irmantas joined SEPAR team in 2022 March and he ensures that our company’s transport operations are efficient and profitable.  His duties and responsibilities involve many different aspects, including purchasing and or leasing the appropriate vehicles for the clients.  Irmantas responsibilities include scheduling, regular vehicle maintenance, and making recommendations to management regarding more effective processes including analysis, reporting, budgeting, supervising, and prices.  

Working closely with the Global Operations Manager to develop strategies for improved cost efficiency, maintaining accurate and detailed records of vehicle inspections and services.

Irmantas has commercial and financial awareness background from personal business running experience.  Ability to work collaboratively and to make important decisions in a pressurised environment.  Proven project management skills acquired from long experience in management roles throughout his working career in different sectors.
