PA to CEO and COO
At the age of 14 I started my first ever job as a waitress in a local restaurant, working weekends & evenings outside of my school hours until I finished secondary school in 2015. Within the first few weeks of leaving school, I’d began my Business Administration Apprenticeship at a recruitment agency, where I was promoted to a Recruitment Advisor just 6 months after starting my apprenticeship.
With almost 2 year’s administrative experience, an overall 4 years of customer service experience and an NVQ in Business Admin, I left the recruitment industry and started the next chapter in my career as a Sales Administrator within the Construction Industry. I worked for the same company for almost 5 years, and through hard work and an ambitious attitude I received two promotions during my employment with them, Sales Executive & Sales Account Manager.
At the beginning of 2022 I decided to take a leap into a slightly different avenue within my sales career and start a new role as Business Development Manager. Being in this role for the most part of the year had certainly enhanced my interpersonal skills, strategic prospecting skills and business acumen skills.
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO and COO of SEPAR International, it is my duty to provide efficient one-to-one support to both Stephen & Joanne, ensuring the daily needs of the business are met to the highest of standards.
Now that I’m approaching my mid 20’s and have already hit a decade of “working life”, I've planned to have my biggest adventure yet!
In June 2023 I will be setting off in my converted van with my partner & dog to travel around Europe & the UK for up to a year. I am excited to learn more about different cultures, taste traditional delicacies and see so many wonderful and interesting places.
